[He can't answer Blade with his voice, but the way he shudders at those words is a clear enough confirmation. It's so nice not to have to think for once. Choosing to let go of his worries and trust someone else to hold the reins is, in its own way, a blessed kind of freedom. In his usual life, it would be too risky to relax this way, but intimate moments with people he loves are safe enough.
